What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from us. We have a no-fuss return/exchange policy. If any items do not work out for you, send them back for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase.

 

Returns
Within the first 15 days, we provide refund back to your original mode of payment.  After 15 days, we issue store credit for use at our store.  We do not retroactively charge you shipping fees if you had received free shipping for your order.

 

Exchanges
We provide free exchanges for Singapore customers only. Any overseas customers who wish to make an exchange would need to put in a new order.

 

Some Conditions
Items sent back must be in new and unworn condition with their original tags attached. Please exercise good care of our products if you are planning on sending them back. We reserve the right to refuse returns or impose restocking fees on return items that are not in new condition.

For health and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

» Underwear items (exclude bras) once they are tried on
» Consumables such as vitamins and supplements

How do I make a return or an exchange?

Please first read our return/exchange policy for our terms of returns and exchanges. Then, contact us and let us know the items that you would like to return or exchange.

If you are exchanging, we will send the replacement items immediately along with a prepaid envelope for the return items (Singapore customers only).

How much is delivery within Singapore?

How long does delivery take?

For standard courier service orders, delivery is typically made within 1-3 days after the order is processed. 

 

Do you deliver outside of Singapore?

We deliver to select Asian countries via courier service. The cost depends on the weight and dimension of the package. Delivery quote is given in your shopping bag.

Delivery generally takes about 3-7 days for courier. However customs clearance may cause delay.   Packages are shipped with duty unpaid, so customs duty may be payable on your package at the time of delivery.  Please refer to your country's customs regulations.

Do you provide gift wrapping service?  Can you hide the prices on the invoice?

Yes, we do.  Please contact us for gift wrapping service.  There is a $2 charge for the service. 

We are also able to blank out prices on the invoice and/or include a gift note.   There is no charge for these services.  Please send your request immediately after you place your order.

 

Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online-only store

 

Best Price Guarantee

If you are looking at an item and find it sold elsewhere at a lower price, we will match it and add a 5% discount on top.

A few things to keep in mind about the item in the competitor's offer/listing:

  • Item is for the same sku (same size/colour), in brand new condition, and offered by an authorised reseller.
  • Item must be in-stock and available for purchase.
  • Item is available locally in Singapore and not shipped from overseas.

A couple other things to keep in mind:

  • No further promotion or additional discount will be applicable.
  • Discount limited to 2 units per sku per customer
