We are dedicated to providing the best shopping experience for you. We ship fast, we have a generous return policy (we even pay for exchange postage), and we guarantee the availability of every item ordered. We also give 5% in loyalty credit so that you can save on your next order.

Delivery is free by SingPost, but we also offer low-cost courier service if you want to get your order on the same or by next day. Please refer to our faq for details on delivery cost.

Are your products authentic? Why are the prices so low?

All products sold on our website are new and authentic. We guarantee it. By design, we price our products to be competitive with those sold by overseas retailers. We hope that with competitive prices available locally, you will no longer have to purchase your products from overseas websites.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If any items (see exceptions below) do not work out for you, you may send them back for exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items sent back must be in new and unworn condition with their original tags attached. Please exercise good care of our products if you are planning on sending them back. We reserve the right to refuse returns or impose restocking fees on return items that are not in new condition.

For health and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

» Underwear items (exclude bras) once they are tried on
» Consumables such as vitamins and supplements once their seals are broken

We provide free exchanges for Singapore customers only. Any overseas customers who wish to make an exchange would need to put in a new order

Any balance owed to you upon the return / exchange will be credited back to your original method of payment.

How do I make a return or an exchange?

Please first read our return/exchange policy for our terms of returns and exchanges. Then, contact us via email and let us know the items that you would like to return or exchange.

If you are exchanging, we will send the replacement items immediately along with a prepaid envelope for the return items.

Exchange items over $100 go out by Courier. Exchange items under $100 go out by SingPost (2-6 business days). You may upgrade to courier for an additional fee of $2.25 - $4.75.

How long does delivery take?

For courier service orders, delivery is generally made within 1 day after the order is processed. Delivery by SingPost can take anywhere from 2 to 6 working days (excluding weekends).

How much is delivery within Singapore?

Delivery and Exchanges are free on all orders. For orders below $100 free delivery is by SingPost while for orders $100 and up, delivery is by courier. Please refer to the table below for details:

Do you deliver outside of Singapore?

We deliver to Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam via Registered Mail. The cost starts at S$3 and goes up according to the weight of the package. Delivery quote is given in your shopping bag.

Delivery takes about 1-2 weeks and may be longer depending on customs clearance. Customs duty may be payable on your package at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Availability Guarantee

Our inventory system is real-time. We guarantee that the items you order are in stock. If an item is not available upon order, we will offer 10% off on the item when it is re-stocked or on another item of similar value.

What types of payment do you accept?

Our website accepts credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express) payments through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payment. If you do not have one, you can check out on PayPal as a guest.

We also offer cash on delivery service where you pay upon receiving delivery of your order. Cash payment only. Additional fee applies for orders under $100.

Does your price include GST?

Yes, all prices are inclusive of GST.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes. More people are buying online today for its selection and convenience.

We take online security very seriously. We do not keep any of your payment info in our system. Instead, we use PayPal, a leading US-based payment processor, to process your credit card payment. PayPal provides buyer-protection program against online fraud. Please refer to their security center for more info.

Bulk Purchase

We offer a bulk discount of up to 15% with orders of $750 or more. Some restrictions apply. Please contact our customer service for more details.

What is Loyalty Dollars and how do I earn it?

Every order automatically earns 5% in credit towards your next transaction. For example, a $100 order would earn you $5 discount on your next order. There is no minimum purchase requirement and you may use the credit on the purchase of any items.

In the case of returns, any loyalty dollars awarded will be reversed. If the loyalty dollars has been used or transferred, the amount will be deducted from the refund.

Unused Loyalty Dollars expires 6 months after the most recent purchase transaction date; however, you may transfer any unused loyalty dollars to your friends / relatives. Please use this link to make your transfer.

How do I use my Loyalty Dollars?

In the shopping cart, click on the "Enter Loyalty Dollars" link (bottom left). Then enter your email address and loyalty password. Your Loyalty Dollars balance will be applied to your transaction.

Your loyalty password was provided to you in the confirmation email and on the invoice of your previous transaction. If you lose your loyalty password, you can have it sent to you by email. Click on the same link above, and submit the form with your email address and the "Please email me my password" checkbox selected.
