Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from us. We have a no-fuss return/exchange policy. If any items do not work out for you, send them back for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Returns
Within the first 15 days, we provide refunds back to your original mode of payment. After 15 days, we issue store credit for use at our store. We do not retroactively charge you shipping fees if you had received free shipping for your order.
Exchanges
We provide free return labels for size exchanges within Singapore. Please place a new order for the correct size and contact us with the order number. We'll include your return label with the new order. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the original purchase to your original mode of payment.
Some Conditions
Items sent back must be in new and unworn condition with their original tags attached. Please exercise good care of our products if you are planning on sending them back. We reserve the right to refuse returns or impose restocking fees on return items that are not in new condition.
For health and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Underwear items (exclude bras) once they are tried on
- Consumables such as vitamins and supplements once their seals are broken
